MayDo Privacy Policy

Brier Peak LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the MayDo mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected, how it is used, how it is shared, and what choices you have.

1. Overview

MayDo is a free, ad-supported task browser that connects to Apple Reminders on your device. The App does not require an account or sign-in. We do not operate servers that store your data. Your task content stays on your device and in Apple Reminders.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information directly. MayDo does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact or identity information.

Information Stored on Your Device

MayDo stores a small amount of task metadata locally on your device using an on-device database. This includes preferences such as stickers, snooze settings, and favorites. This data is never transmitted off your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Your task content (titles, descriptions, due dates) lives entirely within Apple Reminders. MayDo reads and writes to Apple Reminders with your permission but does not copy or transmit your task content to any server.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

MayDo uses Google services including the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) for advertisements and Firebase for app configuration and analytics. These services may automatically collect the following:

• IP address (used to estimate general device location)
• Device advertising identifier
• Advertisements you have viewed and interacted with
• App performance data (such as launch time and energy usage)
• Non-user-related crash logs and diagnostics
• Basic app usage data (such as app opens and session information)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by Brier Peak LLC. We do not have direct access to individual user data.

3. How Information Is Used

On-device data is used solely to provide App features (stickers, snooze, favorites) and is never shared with anyone.

Brier Peak LLC does not access individual user data collected by Google services. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics data from Firebase (such as total app opens and general usage patterns) to improve the App. For details on how Google uses this data, see Google's partner site policies.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. We do not have access to your personal information.

Google may use data collected through the AdMob SDK in accordance with their own privacy policy. For details, see:

5. Device Permissions

MayDo requests access to your Reminders so it can display and manage your tasks. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device's Settings. Without Reminders access, MayDo cannot function.

MayDo does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or any other device capabilities.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because MayDo does not collect personal data on any server, there is no account to delete and no server-side data to erase.

• On-device metadata: Deleted automatically when you uninstall the App, or you can delete individual task data within the App.
• Apple Reminders data: Managed through Apple's own apps and settings. Uninstalling MayDo does not affect your reminders.
• Google services data (AdMob and Firebase): Managed by Google. See Google's data retention policies and your device's advertising and privacy settings.

7. Children's Privacy

MayDo is not directed at children under 13. We do not collect personal information from any user. For information about how Google handles data collected through its services (including AdMob and Firebase), see Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Interest-Based Advertising

MayDo displays ads through Google AdMob. Ad personalization and delivery are managed entirely by Google. For information about managing ad preferences, see your device's Privacy & Security settings or visit Google Ad Settings.

9. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store any personal data, we have no data to provide, correct, or delete. If you have questions or concerns about data collected by the Google AdMob SDK, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy or contact Google directly.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, and you wish to exercise your rights regarding data collected by third-party services used in the App, please contact those services directly.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. On-device data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, biometrics, encryption).

11. Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
